Project Overview

The SF Resources Ltd graphite properties are located in Tanzania, East Africa, near sealed roads and 140 km from the deep-water Mtwara port.

The licences — PL/19430, PL/19435, PL/23194, PL/22348 and PL/19476 — total 189.79 sq. km with a substantial historical exploration record, all situated close to Ruangwa and advanced graphite projects.

02

Background

Recent work by the SF team included reconnaissance geological mapping and grab sampling. Ground traverses established the presence of well-outcropping graphite units that extend into nearby advanced projects.

Volt Graphite (T) Ltd's adjacent JORC resource stands at 461 Mt @ 4.9% TGC with a 127 Mt reserve @ 4.4% TGC, immediately south of the SF package. Other advanced neighbours include Tanzoz Ltd, Eminent Minerals Ltd and Nazareth Mining Investments Ltd.

03

Opportunity

The four licences sit within a highly prospective graphite mineralized corridor, with graphite occurrences spotted in several locations. The target exploration areas observed are worth further follow-up.

04

Geological Setting

The prospects lie within high-grade metamorphic rocks of the Palaeo-Neo-Proterozoic Usagaran and Mozambique belts — host to large graphite deposits around Nachingwea, Ruangwa, Lindi and Mahenge.

The main potential lies on the contact of gneissic schist and marble, or between marble in graphitic schist, with high potential for graphite mineralization.
